Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. once you sign up and receive your unique address, you can start shopping right away!
How often do you have shipments?: We have flights from the U.S. 2-5x per week, providing fast delivery for your packages. We also ship by sea once per week- ideal for larger or bulkier items.
When do custom fees apply?: Custom fees apply to packages valued at $100 USD or more, or to items that fall under restricted or taxable categories as determined by Jamaican Customs. If your packages requires any duties or taxes, you'll be notified once it arrives.
What are restricted items under Jamaican Customs regulations?: Restricted items are goods that require special permits or may be prohibited from entering the country, some of these includes: firearms and ammunition, drugs and narcotics(unless properly authorized), counterfeit goods, agricultural products (like fresh fruits and plants), meat and dairy products, chemicals and hazardous materials, pornographic materials etc..
How do I know when my package is ready for pick up or delivery?: You will be notified by email and you can view all movements of your package in your account.
What is dimensional weight and how does it affect my shipping cost?: Dimensional weight is based on size of a package, not just its actual weight. large but lightweight packages may be charged based on their dimensions rather than weight alone, as they take up more space during transport.
Are their any processing fees?: A processing fee of $200JMD is attached to all packages, regardless of weight. When calculating your total cost, be sure to add this fee to the listed weight-based shipping price.
